Der Entwickler AQUIRIS hat das „Viva la Fiesta“-Update für Horizon Chase 2 veröffentlicht. Das Highlight ist der lokale Splitscreen-Spielmodus für bis zu vier Spieler. Dazu gesellen sich mit Salsa Red, Jalapeño Dream und La Vihuela noch drei neue Lackierungen.

AQUIRIS hat das „Japan World Tour„-DLC zu Horizon Chase 2 veröffentlicht. Neu mit dabei sind 11 Rennen (9 reguläre Rennen und 2 Break the boxes) in neun unterschiedlichen Städten. Das neue Auto „Dream“ wird freigeschaltet nachdem man alle Rennen in Japan absolviert hat. Das Rennauto bietet drei Chassis und sechs Lackierungen.

Horizon Chase 2 wird am 09. September 2022 für Apple Arcade veröffentlicht. 2023 wird das Spiel dann für den PC und sämtliche Konsolen ebenfalls erscheinen. Neu mit dabei: jeder Spielmodus kann online gespielt werden. Dazu gibt es 55 Rennstrecken die sich über fünf Länder erstrecken und insgesamt zehn fahrbare Rennsemmeln. Die Autos können sowohl farblich und mit Aufklebern angepasst werden. Mit der Zeit schalten wir dann immer mehr Optionen frei.

DLC „Senna Forever“ angekündigt
Der brasilianische Entwickler Aquiris hat mit „Senna Forever“ ein DLC zu seinem klassischen Rennspiel Horizon Chase angekündigt. Wie es der Name bereits verrät, steht der legendäre F1-Rennfahrer Ayrton Senna im Mittelpunkt.
Die Erweiterung selbst wird am 20. Oktober 2021 für so ziemlich alle Plattformen erscheinen auf denen man zocken kann: PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), XBox Series X|S, XBox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 und für Mobile Gamer via Android und iOS. Mit dabei: ein Karrieremodus, First Person-Perspektive, über dreißig frische Rennautos, neue Strecken und mehr.
