Der Entwickler btf (bildundtonfabrik) hat mit The Berlin Apartment sein neues Adventure angekündigt. Das Spiel selbst ist für PC (Steam), XBox- und PlayStation-Konsolen in Entwicklung.
Ein Handwerker, der mit der Luxussanierung einer Berliner Altbauwohnung beauftragt wurde, gräbt sich im Zuge seiner Renovierungsarbeiten tiefer und tiefer in die Geschichte der Wohnung. Relikte aus vergangenen Zeiten erweisen sich als stumme Zeugen – und ehemalige Wegbegleiter – der vormaligen Bewohner. Bei jedem neuen Fund erzählt er seiner Tochter die Geschichte hinter dieser Spur eines vergangenen Abenteuers – mit eigenen Protagonisten, in einem eigenen Genre, mit einer jeweils einzigartigen Atmosphäre, aber immer in denselben vier Wänden.
