Digitaler Release Ende Januar
I Hate This Place erscheint nun am 29. Januar 2026 für PC und Konsolen. Dieses Mal soll der Veröffentlichungstermin eingehalten werden.
Update: Eine Retail-Version für PS5 und Nintendo Switch wird am 09. April 2026 von den beiden Publishern Skybound Entertainment und Meridiem veröffentlicht.

As we got closer and closer to release, we had to keep moving many of these additions to post-launch support.
We feel the game deserves to make a good first impression so we rethought things and together with Broken Mirror Games decided to move the date to January 2026. We know it’s last-minute, but we hope fans will understand. Broken Mirror Games uns Skybound Entertainment haben den ersten Gameplay-Trailer zu I Hate This Place veröffentlicht. Zu sehen bekommen wir den stilsicheren Comic-Stil, Horror-Atmosphäre aus den 80igern und jede Menge Action.
Update: Mit einem neuen Trailer wurde der Release von I Hate This Place auf den 07. November 2025 fixiert. Einen Story-Trailer findet ihr zusätzlich auf YouTube.

Survival-Horror angekündigt
Der Entwickler Broken Mirror Games und der Publisher Skybound Entertainment haben mit I Hate This Place ein neues Open World-Survival-Horror-Spiel angekündigt. Der Artstyle orientiert sich dabei an den 80iger-Jahren. Wir werden in die Rolle von Elena schlüpfen, die irrtümlich eine bösartige Macht erweckt. Zum Glück können wir uns im Nah- als auch Fernkampf wehren. Wir müssen Ressourcen sammeln, Werkzeuge herstellen und in der Unterkunft aufschlagen, bevor die Nacht hereinbricht.
I Hate This Place soll im vierten Quartal 2025 für PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), XBox Series X|S, PS5 und Nintendo Switch erscheinen.
