Eine neue Demo-Version zu MÖRK BORG Heresy Supreme ist ab sofort auf Steam verfügbar. Darin verkörpern wir einen verfluchten Wanderer, einen verzweifelten Antihelden der sich durch Schmutz, Gewalt und Ketzerei kämpfen muss.
Die Spieler erwachen in Galgenbeck, einem verrottenden Ödland unter den schwarzen Türmen einer dem Untergang geweihten Kathedrale. Die Zweiköpfigen Basilisken fordern ein Opfer, um die Apokalypse hinauszuzögern, und führen die Spieler so auf einen trostlosen Pfad durch die verfügbaren Quests und Schauplätze der Demo. Mit drei spielbaren Klassen in der Demo ist der Kampf dynamisch und gnadenlos, und der Fortschritt ist hart – so erhalten die Spieler einen intensiven Einblick in die Atmosphäre, die Systeme und die Grausamkeit, die MÖRK BORG Heresy Supreme ausmachen.

Die ursprüngliche Ankündigung
Der Entwickler Morbidware hat mit MÖRK BORG Heresy Supreme ein neues Action-RPG angekündigt. Bald wird zu dem Spiel eine Kickstarter-Kampagne eröffnet. Abseits davon könnt ihr den Titel bereits auf eure Wunschliste (PC – Steam) packen. Erscheinen soll das Ding dann Ende 2025.
Diego Sacchetti, co-founder of Morbidware, commented: “One day the MÖRK BORG rpg rulebook appeared in our hands and we were just like „this is perfect material for the next Morbidware video game“. The narrative, the setting, the style and rules were so over-the-top in the greatest way possible and all design elements for a video game were so clear in our minds. We decided to contact Johan and Pelle to make this project happen and… well… here we are making together this amazing game.”
Johan Nohr of Stockholm Kartell, visual artist and cocreator of MÖRK BORG, added: “MÖRK BORG Heresy Supreme is a big milestone project and I couldn’t be more pumped for it. Not only because Morbidware really GETS the grim world, the dark humor and the whole philosophy of the original game, but also for the amount of extra stuff we’re creating specifically for this Kickstarter campaign. It’s gonna be a damn fine video game, but we’re not just making a video game. It’s a whole apocalyptic package.”
