Powerwash Simulator – Kostenloses „Final Fantasy“-DLC veröffentlicht

“We designed Midgar, the city of Mako in 1997. Who would have thought that we would be returning to these iron buildings in 2023 to wash off all the oil and dirt with a power washer? Now let’s get to work, over 25 years of filth isn’t going away without a fight,” said Yoshinori Kitase, FINAL FANTASY VII Director, and FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Project Producer.

Tetsuya Nomura, FINAL FANTASY VII Character Designer and FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Project Creative Director added, “When I heard about the proposal for a collab, I was quite busy with various other collabs and reviews, but I was especially excited about this one. I had just been playing PowerWash Simulator and was daydreaming about cleaning things from my titles. My immediate response was “let’s wash the entire Shinra building,” Unfortunately, that seemed to be a bit difficult, but the final line-up is exciting, nonetheless. This is something I have been looking forward to a lot and hope everyone has a great time!”

“It’s been an incredible privilege for the PowerWash Simulator team to recreate vehicles, locations and bosses from one of gaming’s most iconic titles,” said Dan Chequer, Lead Designer at FuturLab. “We’re all huge fans of the Final Fantasy franchise and hope our players enjoy cleaning the jobs down as much as we’ve enjoyed covering them in every type of dirt from bio to mako.”

“We’re so excited to be working with one of the most iconic franchises in gaming history for the Midgar Special Pack,“ said Tímea Edvi, Director of Indie Publishing at Square Enix. „We knew that we wanted to do something really big to say thank you to the amazing PowerWash Simulator community for all their support – we can’t wait to see people playing it!“
