Der Entwickler Radical Forge hat mit Southfield sein erstes eigenes Spiel angekündigt. Bisher war man als Co-Entwickler für Spiele tätig, zum Beispiel bei Gang Beasts und Sea of Thieves. Die Sandbox kann sowohl alleine oder maximal zu viert im Koop-Modus erlebt werden. Was wir darin machen bleibt letztlich uns überlassen. Wir können Farming betreiben, Gebäude aufbauen, Tiere fangen und Maschinen aufstellen. Das Spiel selbst soll in 2024 auf dem PC via Steam (Early Access) erscheinen und wird im Februar während des kommenden Steam Next Fest (Demo) spielbar sein.
